In 1774, Edmond Pendleton left his home in the Fredericksburg area to represent Virginia at the Continental Congress and help our founders give birth to a nation. Looking forward to the 21st century the name Pendleton was chosen for this gracious community as a reflection of the rich heritage of this beautiful land.

	Commonwealth Series  The Commonwealth Series features three level townhomes with a 1 car garage, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an array of options to choose from. Choose from 3 home designs.
	Signature Series  The Signature Series features two story single family homes with an unfinished basement with 9' basement walls, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. There are many unique options to choose from to customize your home. Choose from 3 Home Designs.
	Signature Cottage Series — 1st Floor Master Suites The Signature Cottage Series features one story single family homes with an unfinished basement with 9' foot basement walls, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. From I-95, take Exit 110 Ladysmith. Turn West onto Ladysmith Rd. Follow for .7 mile to a left onto Route 1 South. Proceed for approximately .5 miles and turn right into community. Follow signs to model.
